At SOIÉ BELIÉ, you have a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item. If you wish to return an item, you must purchase a return label, which we will send to you within 24 hours of purchase. Return costs are covered by the buyer, which also applies to shipping costs.

Please note that a deduction of 300 DKK will be made from the refund. This amount covers the costs associated with producing the order as a custom-made item. However, this only applies if it is stated in the product description of the purchased item.

• If you are a customer from Denmark, the return shipping cost is 55 DKK if you paid for shipment, and 110 DKK if you did not pay for shipment.
• If you are a customer from outside Denmark, the return shipping cost is 99 DKK if you paid for shipment, and 199 DKK if you did not pay for shipment.

In the Consumer Contracts Act, the exception for tailored goods is specified in § 18, subsection 2, no. 3, which clarifies that the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made according to the consumer's specifications.

Upon receiving the package, it will be inspected, and the amount paid for the item will be refunded to the same payment card used for the purchase.'

Note: Products must be returned in their original condition, including packaging, accessories, and tags. You are responsible for postage when returning items. We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur to the package, so please make sure to retain your postage receipt.

If you have received a defective item, please send us an email at soie.beliee@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number, a brief description, and a picture of the defect.

Our aim is to ensure you receive your order promptly. To achieve this, we make every effort to dispatch your order within 7-10 business days from the time it is placed.

It's important to highlight that our clothes are meticulously crafted by hand after the order is placed, contributing to a longer preparation time for this particular product. Consequently, all orders containing clothes will be dispatched within7-14 business days following your purchase.

Please be aware that we are unable to cover any return shipping costs, as well as duties or taxes for both international and domestic orders. The responsibility for any associated international or domestic shipping fees related to item importation rests solely with the customer, and these costs cannot be refunded by us.

SOIÉ BELIÉ facilitates online transactions through various credit cards, including Mobilepay Online. Please note that the charge will only be processed from your account upon the shipment of physical items or the creation of virtual products, unless stated otherwise or agreed upon in your order.

In the case of Visa Electron and Mastercard Debit, categorized as debit cards, the payment amount will be temporarily reserved in accordance with your card's terms. This reserved sum will only be deducted once the purchase is dispatched. All prices displayed on the website are exclusive of VAT.

For pricing, the website employs the Danish Krone (DKK) as the primary currency.

The condition and any decrease in the value of the product resulting from handling beyond what is essential are your responsibility. It is imperative that the product remains undamaged, in its original packaging, and exhibits no indications of wear. Testing or usage beyond the specified parameters is deemed as usage, leading to a reduction in value. Consequently, in the event of a canceled purchase, the refund may be partial or nonexistent, depending on the extent of use. The assessment of the item's condition is at the discretion of SOIÉ BELIÉ.
